A ute, two tools, and the conviction that construction clients deserved better than they were getting.
In 2003, founder Gary Procorp walked off a large-scale site he'd managed for a decade and started Procorp Industries with two colleagues and a simple principle: do the job properly, every single time. No corner-cutting, no excuses, no overpromising.
What began as a small commercial fitout operation in Western Sydney grew through referrals and reputation alone. By 2010, Procorp had completed over 80 projects without a single defect claim. By 2015, we'd broken ground on our first $10M+ project.
Today, we're one of NSW's most trusted mid-tier commercial builders — and we still return every call ourselves.
